Vessel Walkthrough

SUES POOL III features the four stateroom layout with two of the three guest staterooms having 2 single berths in each and over/under bunk berths in the stateroom all the way forward. The masters stateroom is private and separated from the guest accommodations by the engine room. The Masters stateroom features a queen size bed situated on the yachts centerline. Theyre three heads aboard SUES POOL III. The masters stateroom has a head with shower and tub en-suite and the forward most stateroom which may be used as crew quarters if desired has its private head with shower. The other two twin bedded guest staterooms share a common head with stall shower.All the way aft on the main deck level is the delightful covered but open aft-deck. An outstanding feature of SUES POOL III is the fact that this area is heated and also may be opened up with sliding windows to port and starboard. Additionally wing doors lead forward on both sides and by unzipping and raising EZ2CY clear plastic curtains from the aft side of the covered aft-deck additional ventilation may be enjoyed. This arrangement allows the option of fresh air un obscured views and enjoyment of whatever paradise you may be visiting at the moment coffee in the morning cocktails at 1700 hours or alfresco dining in the evenings.From the aft-deck a cockpit follows aft and down three steps and a transom door leads aft from here and onto a Fiberglass swim platform. Forward from the aft-deck one may enter the Main Salon or proceed forward through port and starboard wing doors and via safe covered side-decks to the Portuguese bridge just forward of the pilothouse or forward from there out onto the Foredeck. From the salon a stairway leads from the port side down to the Masters Stateroom which is aft or forward into the walk-in engine room with full standing headroom. The Galley is just forward of the Salon on the port side and a passageway leads forward on the starboard side to the Pilothouse. A set of teak steps leads from the pilothouse up to the Fly-bridge upper helm station and aft to the boat deck or a stairway leads forward and down to the guests accommodation area. Main Salon

Two varnished teak and glass doors separate the salon from the aft-deck. Upon entering the salon a custom convertible sofa/bed that converts to sleep two and has drawer storage under is to starboard. Two Lazy Boy marine leather rocker/recliners are to port and a ships wheel table and reading light are between. A teak cabinet which supports a flat screen Sat TV is forward to starboard. The SAT receiver and antenna is capable of tracking DSS signals while the yacht is underway. This area has reverse cycle air heat and hydronic heat all controlled with updated electronic thermostats.
Pilothouse

The Pilothouse features a factory optional U-shaped dinette with a pass-through window through to the galley. This pass-through has folding doors and a bookshelf overhead. The lower helm station is situated on the centerline and there is a chart area outboard and to port. A Bogan intercom system enables communication between this helm station the crew quarters and fly-bridge helm above. The steering station is fully instrumented and a complete listing of the navigational electronics follows in a section later in this listing. The sole in this area is original teak parquet in excellent condition. There is dedicated reverse cycle heat and air as well as hydronic heat all controlled with updated electronic thermostats. Side doors lead out to side decks and a Boston barometer and chronometer are nautical accessories.
Galley

The Galley is open to the salon and was refurbished during 2005 including new Corian counter tops new appliances and the installation of additional storage cabinets. The galley sole is teak parquet and in excellent condition. Master Stateroom

The Masters Stateroom is accessed via an easy stairway leading down from the salon. The stairway ends at a small foyer and a Euro Tech clothing washer and 220V dryer are concealed inside a cabinet here. The Masters Stateroom is just aft and features a queen size bed on centerline. Nightstands with reading lamps over are on each side of the bed. This stateroom provides great storage for clothing in two oversized hanging lockers a large chest of drawers on starboard side and a lighted vanity with adjoining bureau to port side. The Masters Head is large for a vessel this size and features a Tecma silent fresh water flush toilet bathtub with shower and a vanity with washbasin.
Guest Stateroom Port Side

Features twin berths with teak nightstand in between large hanging locker drawer storage and a private entrance into the guests head with stall shower and upgraded Tecma toilet. Dedicated air-conditioning and heating controls.
Guest Stateroom Starboard Side

Features twin berths with nightstand in between drawer storage under and 2 hanging lockers. Dedicated air-conditioning and heating controls.
Bow Stateroom/ Crew Quarters

Features Upper/Lower bunk berths to port with a hanging locker just aft to port another hanging locker and a bureau is to starboard as is access to a private head with shower and Tecma silent fresh water flush toilet. This stateroom also provides its occupants with a dedicated control for air-conditioning and heating.
Decks

AFT-DECK Features teak hardwood sole overlay hard-top with overhead lighting Wet bar w/ Scotsman DC33A-1A icemaker Hydronic heat updated Coastal Systems electronic thermostats/digital display and custom L-shaped settees with Hi-Lo teak tables to port and starboard. Natural ventilation may be provided by opening port and starboard side wing doors and sliding windows and by removing the EZ2CY clear aft enclosure window panel that spans from the hard-top above to the top of the aft bulwarks.COCKPIT The cockpit has high 29 bulwarks for safety fresh and raw water wash downs and a walk-thru transom door for access to the swim platform and easy boarding of the tender. A hatch through the sole leads down to a large heated lazarette storage area. 7 Zone - Cruisair reverse cycle air-conditioning system is controlled by updated Coastal Systems electronic/digital display thermostats throughout the yachtTecma silent fresh water flush electric toilets were installed in all of the heads in 2005 and all are plumbed to bypass the holding tanks if necessary and be directed straight overboard.Separate heating of the interior of the yacht is provided by an Espar diesel fired hydronic heated water system. This system will heat the interior at extreme low sea-water temperatures and features 2 boilers for redundancy. Hull #2 of this venerable Jack Hargraves designed Hatteras model the 65 LRC can cruise for 3000 miles without refueling. Outstanding features of this design include walk around covered side-decks Galley-up walk-in engine room with full standing headroom and Portuguese bridge forward of the wheel house. A proven offshore capable extended range cruiser with headroom of 67 in most areas; the livability interiors spaciousness and the storage capacity of this model combine to produce a yacht that enjoys enduring value. Since being purchased in March of 2003 the present and the yachts only second owners have made great effort to maintain the yacht according to its original design plan fit and finish. The interior wood is unscarred and the exterior finish unblemished. A very clean yacht highly recommended and offered at an excellent value.
