Description
Bottom paint August 2008. This extremely well cared for Catalina 34 was custom built for the current owner. It is not often that you find a vessel that has been with it\'s original family for 21 years! She is spottless inside and out and has been loved the whole time. Catalina 34\'s are one of the most popular of the Catalina line. This one has a beige hull with green trim dark green canvas removable sailing bimini.
Accommodations
Starting forward is a large V-berth hanging locker and drawers. The starboard U-shaped dinette has a center table that converts to a double berth. Across to port is a full length settee (single berth). The L-shaped galley is starboard across from port side nav station. The large head with shower is next and across and behind galley is the aft cabin with double berth. There is a teak and holly sole throughout and 6\' 3 headroom. Fabric is green in color and not the usual blue.
Deck Equipment
There is a stainless steel dodger frame that goes with the boat however there is no canvas for it. The expensive part is there.
Electrical System
12 Volt and 120 Volt throughout vessel. Shore charge. 5 watt solar panel for trickle charging battery bank. New batteries.
Electronics and Navigational Equipment
Micolodgic Loran C VHF radio. NavTech autopilot.
Galley
The spacious galley is aft and to port. There is a propane stove with oven(spotless) Adler Barbour refrigeration microwave stainless sink with hot and cold pressure water. Foot pump water supply as well.
Remarks
One would be hard pressed to find another 1987 Catalina 34 as nice as this one. It is apparant everywhere one looks that this one has been showered with love
