ALL OTHER PICTURES ARE OF THE ACTUAL VESSEL TAKEN BY MYSELF IN MID SUMMER OF 2007 OR SOME SUBMITTED BY THE OWNER TAKEN IN RECENT YEARS. I have just visited this vessel in late July and can attest to the current state of its equipment and pleasurable assets. Truly ready to head up the Great Lakes or south to the Caribbean, this vessel just needs your energy to get under way! ACCOMODATIONS & PERSONAL COMFORTS: Aft: Queen size bed with electric macerated head and fully enclosed separate shower, dry vanity station Front: Vee berths with head for a total of 2 heads All sewage and drain hoses, 'Y' valves and hose clamps have been renewed. The Holding tank has its own Macerator for Offshore Cruising In addition, dinette table lowers to accommodate 2 more guests for a total of 6 berths. New opening hatch in aft of Main Salon for cross draft. New Stainless Ports in 2000 at time of major upgrades. Special Main Cabin supplemental heater via engine fluid source. Princess Electric stove with oven, 110V AC. Norcold Upright refrigerator/freezer. Cruseair 10000Btu reverse cycle air conditioning & heating system. MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL: 130 Gallons water in 2 Stainless Steel Tanks. Water Heater Stainless Steel 12 Gallon new 2004/05. 35 Gallons Holding Tank Stainless Steel w/macerator. Dickinson Propane BBQ on back rail. Vetus Bow Thruster. Mase MG4D Diesel 4KWH Generator overhauled after 2000. 300 Gallons fuel tanks (2x150). There are two new fuel tanks gages at main steering station that are not yet proven, as is. 2 large Racor Filters. Drip free packing system. Heavy duty Zincs on stern, for grounding system Batteries: house 6 - 6V. deep-cycle golf cart type, motor 2 - 12V. (2 and 1 year old respectively). C-Charger 40 amp. 3 stage intelligent XANTREX charger. Maxwell Electric Anchor Windlass w/up & down foot switch. Bruce-type 45 Lbs main anchor with 180 ft of chain and Danforth secondary anchor in storage located aft with chain and rope rode at the ready. 2 Steering Stations, inside cabin and on flydeck. Upper stations has full enclosure. Raytheon RX11 Radar. Raytheon ST6000 hydraulic Autopilot system. VHF Radio fixed at lower station. Handheld for upper station. Garmin GPS 250 with PC connector ready. Wind force and direction indicator. Speed over water and water temperature indicator. Impulse depth sounders at both stations. AM FM Cassette Radio. Clock & Baromenter. ADDITIONAL INVENTORY INCLUDED: Outboad motor lift (mechanical)to port on aft deck. Life Ring & Life Sling. Dockside lines and 10 Fenders. Ship/Shore Power Cords. 8 Life Jackets. Flares (with various dates/as is.) In the early 2000s the owner had the vessel at an industry facility for upgrades and custom cabinetry work as well as a great deal of refinishing. Select cabinets were upgraded to a greater utility and appearance as well. A lot of buyers are looking for the Galley-Up and that is another positive benefit of this particular trawler. The Prop & Shaft has been out for balancing and trueness at the time of all the other upgrades and improvements. There is more detail that would be evident at a viewing. Once the snow loads disappear in March it will be time for a visit.
