The Listing is 1982 Tiara Yachts 3100 Flybridge, a twin screw inboard sports cruiser - 31.25 feet long and weighing in at 10000 (pounds dry). This weight does not account for passengers, fuel, or gear. The beam of this craft is 144 inches. The engines are twin 350 Chevy blocks retrofitted by Crusader 270 HP each. The Port Engine has 793.8 freshwater only hours; the Starboard block with 627.5 hours.
Company History - Tiara Yachts, a division of S2 Yachts, Inc. has a rich boat building heritage which extends over four decades. They take great pride in providing customers with yachts of sublime quality for years of enjoyment while maintaining a high resale value. Tiara Yachts is headquartered in Holland, Michigan. The current product line includes the Open, Sovran, Coronet and Convertible models with inboard power from 29-52 feet. S2 Yachts also produces Pursuit boats from 22'-38' in inboard, outboard and stern drive configurations.
This 3100 Flybridge sleeps four adults in two berths a private V-berth forward and huge convertible dinette. There is ample room in the enclosed cockpit for a fold-out couch to allow even more sleeping room. The interior layout includes V-berth stateroom, starboard dinette, portside galley, and portside head. The V-berth stateroom includes, neutral color fabric cushions, lots of teak in perfect shape, carpeted headliner, three sunlight/escape hatches, through bar / access to saloon, a fold-away teak privacy door, and under berth storage, along with a large hanging locker.
The dinette is a rectangular convertible with fabric-covered cushions, back shelves, under seat storage compartments, teak trim and a stereo system within easy reach. The galley is opposite the dinette and includes a 2-burner stove, lots of cabinets and counter space along with a fridge. Aft of the galley is the head compartment, which includes marine toilet, fiberglass sink, hot and cold pressure water, shelves, storage, under sink cabinet, light fixture, and privacy door with full length mirror.
Other interior features include carpeted flooring and headliner throughout, light fixtures, 110-volt electrical outlets, and lockable sliding, tinted companionway door. There is even a nice teak cocktail table and a fold-out deck chair
Included are a VHF marine radio, compass, radar and the AM/FM/Cassette stereo. There is plenty of room at the helm(s) to customized things to your specific needs. This boat is equipped with both 12-volt and 110-volt electrical systems powered by three marine batteries, all on a Selector Switch. Charging system is from shore power and engine. Other electrical features include ship-to-shore power cord, shore power inlet, 1,000-watt inverter, volt gauges and hour meters. There is plenty of room for a generator installation. Water system includes two auto bilge pumps, 30-gallon freshwater tank, 20-gallon holding tank, and pressurized water system.
The deck is constructed of molded fiberglass with non-skids in cockpit and on the decks. The deck layout allows for walk-arounds to the bow pulpit - large foredeck area, narrow catwalk around wide cockpit, and large cockpit/aft deck area. The deck is equipped with full stainless steel bow rails, helm seats and a custom built cushioned lounge to the stern. Its in like new condition, in white vinyl.
The canvas is in light blue, in excellent shape and fully encloses the upper cockpit and deck. There a fiberglass swim platform with teak accents along the entire transom. You wont believe this is a 1982 model. There are raised gunwales, fiberglass cockpit flooring with large deck hatches which open to the storage compartments & tanks, stainless steel deck cleats, and stainless steel stern eyes. Anchors, rode & chain go along. There is a full safety package on board - Type II PFDs, marine and regular fire extinguishers, docking lines and fenders, along with an automatic fire suppression system in the engine compartment, which is accessed via deck plates in the lower cockpit.
The owner works construction on the water not time for summer boating with island homes to build!
