THIS IS BOAT IS LISTED LOW BECAUSE IT IS A PROJECT BOAT AND NEEDS TIME AND ATTENTION! IT IS A FIXER UPPER. Sold as is. Most comparable boats are listed in the mid-forties to fifties and higher. The boat has been winterized and in dry dock for several years, was prepared for transport (radar arch removed), it is shrink wrapped and is in poor cosmetic condition but it is sound mechanically, is seaworthy and insurable based on a survey done in 2005. Although the hull was redone when it was removed from the water some additional work will be required.

Deck
The forward deck features stainless steel rails, bow pulpit with electric windlass, remote spotlight, and plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The forward deck is accessed through via the wide side decks and has a sun pad. The huge helm station is comfortable and has seating for 12 making it a great party boat. All controls are at your fingertips here. The windshield features two wipers to keep your vision unobstructed. Put up the bimini top on a hot day to keep the sun off. The dinette and seating area convert to allow boat to sleep a total of 8. Or, you can use the area as a sun pad for an afternoon nap. A spacious swim platform with is accessed through a transom door. The swim platform is another nice touch for entertaining as guests can easily move from the entertainment center to the water and back. This deck was made for enjoying and entertaining. Lots of space, seating, and nice features. Also includes, side curtains, aft curtains screens and a mooring cover.

Boat has been winterized and in dry dock for several years and is in poor cosmetic condition but sound mechanically, is seaworthy and insurable based on a survey done after she was taken out of the water. The owner moved to Chicago and was planning on bringing the boat over but has decided to sell her instead. The electronics were stolen but owner has purchased over $5000 in new LCD screen, updated electronics that are included but they need to be installed in the helm (bottom components are already installed). See description above. It will also need a new VHF. The bottom was recently planed and re-glassed to eliminate some blistering that was discovered during dry dock. This boat is a GREAT value for someone that will take a little time to get her ready. Most other boats like this one are selling in the mid-forties to fifties.
