This 45 Hatteras Convertible is the popular 2 Stateroom/2 Head layout vessel that was designed with a sizable (135 sq. ft.) Cockpit, large midships Master Cabin w/ Queen walk around berth, contemporary up-dated deck house profile, frame less windows, and spacious re-styled Fly bridge.
375 hrs SMOH on GM 6V92TA's. Boat has been cruised by current owner for the last 8 years, but is still loaded with fishing amenities: cockpit freezer, Murray Bro's tournament fighting chair in storage, she's got all hardware for outriggers, just needs actual outriggers. Owner says everything goes from the dink on the bow to the silverware in the galley, truly a turn key boat. Accommodations
Sleeps 6 people, including 2 owners in the Master Suite,2 guest forward in the Guest Stateroom, and 2 guests in the Salon on convertible sofa. She has two full Heads,Salon is large and airy, Galley is down to Port, Master suite is to Starboard w/ island berth, and Guest stateroom is forward. Vessel is fully air conditioned and heated.
Salon
Entering from cockpit to the port side is an Occasional Chair, followed by the Dry Bar w/ integrated Liquor/glass storage/ice maker. To Starboard is large U shaped sofa w/ under seat rod storage . Forward section of sofa folds out to form a large berth for 2 guests. A Hi-Lo table is in front of sofa. Forward to starboard in salon is Entertainment center w/ TV,VHS and DVD/CD player, multiple drawers for storage and additional storage behind.
Sofa and Occasional chair are matched and are soft beige .Carpet was replaced in late 2003 (Berber) is Cocoa. All window treatments upgraded along with new mini blinds throughout.(Late 2003)
Fully Air conditioned Salon w/ digital controls. Port and starboard windows slide for additional ventilation.
Salon lighting consists of 8 dimmer controlled overhead recessed mini/flood lights, additional lighting behind the valences provide shadow light for the window treatment.

Master Suite
To starboard of the Galley is the master stateroom with Island Queen bed allowing full walk around with closet to each side. Fresh carpeting-match to Salon(late 2003) Integrated night stands containing 2 drawers along with lamps are on either side of bed. AM/FM tuner at head of bed with speakers to each side under bed. Private Master bath with integrated sink and large enclosed shower stall, Vacu Flush head and ample storage under sink. Fully air conditioned by 2nd A/C unit with wall mounted digital controls. Hatch windows with screens to Starb at both master berth and Master head.
Guest Head/Laundry/Guest Stateroom
Going forward from the Galley on the port side is the Guest Head. It contains integrated shower and curtain, Medicine cabinet with mirror, sink and storage below, Vacu Flush head, and Hatch window with screen for ventilation.
Further down companionway to starboard is the Laundry containing Washer and Dryer (stacked units)
Forward of that is the Guest stateroom with large upper and lower berths to starboard accommodating 2 guests. A full closet to port with abundance of lockers and drawers to port on top of which is a integrated night stand and shelf with lamp, including open bulk storage.
Deck
Galley maid power windlass fitted w/ capstan capable of handling both anchor line as well as chain. Controlled by in-deck water proof switches. Rode feeds direct to anchor locker.
