This 37’ Express Cruiser was constructed in fiberglass in 1994 by Sea Ray boats in Knoxville, TN. A nautical adventure is about to unfurl, bringing you excitement from the beginning of every voyage until the moment you arrive safely at homeport!
Accommodations: Overnight accommodations are provided for six people in three double berths. Interior layout includes forward stateroom, head, starboard dinette, port galley, and aft lounge area with table. Forward stateroom features include double berth, fabric covered cushions, under berth storage, sunlight/escape hatch, opening ports, fabric covered headliner, mirror, bench on portside, double mirrored hanging locker, drawers, private entry to head, and privacy door. Head features include vacuflush marine toilet, shower, double mirrored storage above sink, cabinet under sink, hot and cold pressure water, 12-volt lighting, stainless steel grab rail, and lockable door. Dinette folds out into a double berth. Dinette features include removable table, fabric covered cushions, storage hatches, shelf, opening ports, and mirrors. Aft U-shaped lounge converts into a sleeper. Aft lounge features include removable table, fabric covered cushions, drawers, mirror, and privacy curtain. Other interior features include carpet throughout, snap-in carpet protectors, coordinating curtains throughout, sunlight/escape hatches, opening ports, and step-up lockable companionway door.
Galley Equipment: Galley equipment includes Kenyon three-burner electric stove/oven, Panasonic microwave, Norcold 12vdc/120vac electric refrigerator/freezer, Norcold ice maker, Black and Decker built-in coffee maker, sink with sprayer, hot and cold pressure water, counter space, five storage shelves above, three drawers below, shelf along top, and paper towel holder.
Electronic and Navigational Gear: Electronic and navigational gear includes Loran Nav 383 GPS, Raytheon 21-mile radar, Robertson digital autopilot, Ritchie Powerdamp compass, Raytheon depth sounder, Raytheon V85 Fathometer, Weems and Plath barometer, Electric chart system, Alpine AM/FM/CD with Subwoofer and Alpine Rue-4185 remote stereo, and 13” Panasonic with VCR TV.
Electrical: Four Group 27 batteries power this 12/120-volt electrical system with ProMariner 30amp charging system. Other electrical features include 30amp ship-to-shore power cord, Quicksilver7.5Kw generator with 676 hours on it, two Cruisair AC units, and Perko battery switches. Water system features include 70-gallon freshwater tank, 20-gallon holding tank, hot water heater, and two Rule both automatic and manual bilge pumps.
Hull and Deck Gear: The hull is constructed of fiberglass. Deck layout includes fiberglass bow pulpit, deck at bow, foredeck, narrow walk around, cockpit, and aft deck. Other deck features include stainless steel bow rail, stainless steel fender holders, deck washer, hydraulic/electric steering, radar arch with enclosed array, u-shaped vinyl covered helm seating which converts into a sun pad, and two stainless steel stern deck cleats. Anchor gear includes Danforth 35 lb. anchor 5/16” 150’ chain/wince, rode, anchor locker, bow roller, and Lofrans electric windlass. Safety gear includes (4) type I adult PFD’s, (1) type III child PFD, (3) type III adult PFD”S, (3) size 1 Halon fire extinguishers, Orion flare kit, docking line, fenders, dual trumpet, chrome bell, Rayline searchlight, Aqua Meter carbon monoxide detector, security system, M-2A gasoline fume detector, smoke alarms, Type IIII throwables, and Halon fixed system. Owners have put in a recent canvas upgrade. Canvas inventory includes canvas over stainless steel bimini top with a three-sided complete isinglass/canvas enclosure, canvas over stainless steel tubing, and cockpit cover. Fishing and sports gear includes fiberglass swim step, stainless steel swim ladder, and (2) Perko flush mount fishing rod holders.
Equipment & Engine Details: None.
Engine Details: The power package includes twin gas I/O’s 310 HP each Mercruiser 7.4 liter 454 CID engines powered by two aluminum tanks holding 275 gallons of fuel. The boat has 593 hours on it and cruises at 18 knots with a maximum speed of 28 knots. Other engine features include freshwater cooling, drip less shaft seals (new in 2003), spare propellers, Morse cable engine controls, and engine synchronizer gauge.
Remarks: This boat has only been in saltwater for four years. The exterior and interior are in very good shape. The Sea Ray 370 is a good-looking family cruiser with a rakish profile. The interior of the 370 seems unusually expansive for a 37-footer. She is ready for sea trial!
