Vessel walkthrough:
This beautiful Convertible / Luxury Yacht is a one of a kind vessel. The present and only owner has spared no expense in its upkeep and constant updating and improvement. The vessel has recently undergone a major refit which included engine upgrades to Deutz 2050hp diesels with full engine warranty for the next 4 years.
When one enters this impressive vessel, you are greeted by a rich natural wood finish, with a large leather L-shaped sofa to port and a full wet bar and Scotsman icemaker to starboard. The sofa features excellent storage for rods and various other items. Directly ahead of the salon is an open spacious galley featuring full size appliances, that include everything from full size oven to trash compactor and dishwashers. The galley also features a rich wooden table with a wrap around leather settee. As one proceeds forward towards the stairs, you find a beautifully appointed day head to starboard, with a full walk-in pantry and freezer to port. As you proceed down the stairs there is another massive storage area to starboard.
As you reach the bottom of the stairs, to port and aft you find the spacious full beam master stateroom. It features a full Ensuite head and custom makeup area with plenty of storage and cupboard space. Forward of the master to starboard is a twin bunk bed guest stateroom and to port is a twin single guest room with a full Ensuite that has entrances to both the hallway and the stateroom. Finally the luxurious VIP stateroom is located all the way forward and again features a beautiful Ensuite head. Great details have been given to each stateroom and heads using only the finest hard surface countertops with equally beautiful faucets. Each stateroom has it own entertainment system and television for the comfort of all parties on board.
Once you go back to the main deck, you will find a spiral staircase that takes you all the way up to the enclosed fly bridge. This area features a beautiful warp around sofa on a custom wood table. There is also a refrigerator, and a multitude of electronics and entertainment systems making this area one of the most spectacular on the boat.

Features and Options
• Galley:
The galley features all full size appliances, including a full size side by side stand up refrigerator, a full size under counter oven, a microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, in counter blender, a dumb waiter that goes up to the fly bridge, and an in sink trash disposal unit. The counter tops are beautiful neutral granite and all the cabinetry is custom raised panel. The eating nook area is located on the starboard side of the vessel, and includes a beautifully appointed U-shaped leather seating nook, around a beautifully polished natural wood table.
Salon:
The salon features a large L-shaped sofa, with excellent rod storage capacity. The carpet is all embroidered custom designed, and all the tables are finished, polished high gloss natural wood. The salon also has two bar stools that very comfortably are located on the eating bar/counter area that over looks the galley, and provide a nice casual eating and sitting area. At the entrance to the salon from the aft deck, on the starboard side is an ice maker wet bar, with bottle storage, and a Television console, featuring a full entertainment system with DVD, CD and VHS capabilities.
Fly bridge:
From the salon, one takes the spiral staircase to the enclosed fly bridge, that in itself is one of the most spectacular rooms on the boat. The fly bridge doubles as an entertainment area / navigation area, that features a great array of top of the line electronics, and amenities that allow one to relax in luxury. On the port side aft is a refrigerator, with a console above that will house a fax machine and communication network. The entire room is accented by leather wrap around sofas and seating that allow 360 degree visibility when sitting in this area. The fly bridge also enjoys galley access by way of a dumb waiter located on the forward port section of the fly bridge. Also located in the fly bride area are two forward facing electronic leather pilot seats that can be adjusted for comfort. there is also another forward facing leather bench on the starboard side of the fly bridge.
• Master Stateroom:
This stateroom is a full beam master featuring a king size bed with plenty of drawer space and hanging lockers. This cabin also has a custom illuminated make up area with settee as well as a full entertainment system, intercom and separate ac controls. The master bath is attached and is highly customized, with top of the line faucets and hardware featuring hard surface countertops and custom cabinetry throughout. The master head also features a full size shower, and Vacuflush head system.
VIP Stateroom:
This cabin is situated all the way forward and features a spacious queen sized bunk. There is plenty of drawer space beneath the bunk, as well as hanging lockers on both sides of the cabin. Overhead there is an escape hatch for additional light and ventilation. The cabin has its own ac control, entertainment system, and intercom system. The Ensuite head features a full shower and custom cabinetry and appointments.
Guest Stateroom Port:
This cabin is located mid-ship, port side. It features two single side by side bunks with a full Ensuite head and shower. Again storage is plentiful and well though out. This cabin has its own ac controls, intercom and entertainment system.
Guest Stateroom Stbd:
This cabin is located mid-ships, starboard side. It features its own ac controls, entertainment and two over under bunk beds. It also has a hanging locker and several drawers under the bottom, bunk.

Tuna Tower:
As one exits the fly bridge aft, one encounters a full center ladder tuna tower. This tower features large centerline steps for ease and safety up to a fully equipped steering station located at the top of the tower.
