Oceans breathtaking four stateroom/four head 73 Super Sport is a true beauty. Much thought was put in to her elegant interior design with little wasted space. Upon entry thru the aft deck you will enter the salon, on the port side there is a leather U-shaped couch with teak end tables and a teak coffee table, across to the starboard the entertainment system with a 40? Flat screen TV. As you continue toward the bow to the port side there is a spiral staircase leading to the spacious well laid out bridge with plenty of seating and a pull out sofa. The well appointed galley with all the amenities of home is to the port side and to starboard is the dinette just before you enter the stairwell to the berths. Just down the stairwell there is plenty of room for quests with her 3 elaborate berths & crew quarters all with heads. She sleeps a total of 10 in comfort.

The 73 Super Sport possesses the soft contours, smooth forward deck design, and raised sheerline that make Oceans the touchstone in classic American production yachts. What is not immediately apparent, however, is her highly efficient planing hull.
A pair of down-angling strakes feeds water into the suction area naturally occurring on planing hulls. This action reduces resistance. Water is also fed to the props, resulting in less slippage and improved efficiency at lower speeds.
The 73 Super Sport has an evolved planing hull, which makes this model the best rough water yacht in Ocean's nearly 30-year history ? perhaps the best in her class. They can remain at cruising speed, in difficult seas, and not take a beating. While foul weather may keep most other sport fishermen tied to the dock, ours are running for the offshore canyons ? and the big-game fish.
The 73 Super Sport is capable of a 30 knot cruise with her 2000 hp Mans Pushing her.

Sinktops and countertops are granite. Drawer-style under-counter refrigerator and freezer units and a garbage disposal are available options. The galley deck is covered by handsome Amtico designer flooring with a custom inlaid floor treatment. The working surfaces and storage are generous. The dinette?s settees seat as many as six travelers, in a classic L-shaped configuration. The main deck is fluid and open, allowing for ease of movement.
