“The Way Out” is a 1978 Morgan Outisland 33’ Sailboat. It is a classic design from a builder with a tradition for building rugged, go anywhere sailboats. She comes standard as a sloop rig, full keel hull and a Perkins Diesel. Her 33' LOA and 11.8' beam makes for stable, dry, and roomy ride. She is made with a large cockpit and hydraulic wheel steering. End-boom sheeting makes for light loads on main sheet. She has the interior comforts of a 36’ vessel making her a roomy and very popular live-aboard. Her shallow draft, sturdy construction and 50 hp diesel engine make “The Way Out” the perfect coastal or island cruiser. She offers much sailing and living pleasure at a low cost.

"The Way Out" is very clean, well equipped boat that features a tropical motif with lots of extras thrown in. The owner has recently replaced all the lines, blocks, winches and sails. She has been well maintained inside and out by her owner. From decorative bamboo mats to kitchenware plates and utensils, to TV/VCR and DVD, she is turnkey. Transferrable slip in an excellent location is available as well. From the excellent condition of her rigging to the beautiful teak and holly wood work, to the extra clean hull, she is a lot of boat for the money.
Accommodations
The interior offers plenty of teak throughout and starting forward you will find a large v-berth that can sleep 2 with plenty of drawer space, hanging locker and vanity. Starboard side aft of v-berth is a marine head with stand up shower, roomy vanity with storage and stainless steel sink. The salon features a large u-shaped dinette that can seat up to 6 people and is currently converted into a double berth that can sleep 2 people. There is a settee to port that also sleeps one. Aft of the salon to port is a sizeable galley with a compact stainless steel refrigerator portable one burner stove, stainless sink and plenty of storage. To starboard and aft of the dinette is a nav. station currently being used as a stand for included TV/ VCR and DVD player. Aft of the TV stand is yet another berth which can be used for storage as well. Teak and holly make the whole interior look warm and vibrant.
