30' ft Catalina 30

This 30 Catalina standard rig is equipped with a New Universal diesel in 2003. SHe has roller furling and all lines lead aft to the cockpit. Two STW w/ rope clutches ease the sail handling. She needs some TLC but is a solid Catalina 30 and the lowest on the market. See full specs for more details.
Accomodations

Forward is a spacious v-berth. Aft to port is a head with shower and to starboard is a beautiful wood storage cabinet with locker. Aft is the main salon with a foldable dinette which when folded up creates a wonderfully spacious interior. Aft to port is the galley and to starboard a navstation. Aft and under the cockpit is a large sleeping or storage area. The cockpit is large and lines are all led aft.
