30' ft CATALINA Mk III

The Catalina 30 MK III is a family cruiser room to spare. On deck we have a spacious cockpit with bimini and dodger. There is cushioned seating on both sides with rail seats aft. The helm pedestal is equipped with an Autohelm 4000. There's a swim step with boarding ladder at the stern along with dinghy davits for the included 10' West Marine dinghy with 2-hp Honda outboard. Below we have a roomy forward v-berth with Temprapedic mattress. Between the forward stateroom and salon we have the enclosed head compartment port side and a large hanging locker to starboard. In the salon there a large L-shaped dinette with wood table port side and long settee starboard. There is plenty of room entertain or just relax. Aft we have a U-shaped galley to port with propane range with oven, cold plate refrigeration, two stainless steel sinks, pressurized hot & cold water, and lots of counter and cabinet space. Opposite the galley is the nav station with chart table, chart storage, electrical panel, and VHF radio. A aft double berth completes the interior layout. Reverse cycle HAC keeps the cabin comfortable. A Universal M 25 XP diesel engine provides auxiliary power.
